We Got An Offer On Our House!

Just wanted to update everyone that we got an offer on our house yesterday! We have to bring a sizable chunk of money to closing in order for this all to fall into place so please pray for all of those logistics. We are set to close on November 30th. I've been on the phone with various banks today about loans and we know God will work out the details of getting us the amount we need to close this deal just as He brought the people along when we were in a desperate spot to sell this house. We are so thankful that we were able to skirt foreclosure!

We will soon be transitioning down to Conyers so please continue to pray for all of this transition. We do not know how long we will be living there because when the house sells, we will be moving again. For now, we will be able to hopefully, start getting back on our feet, financially speaking, sooner by living there rent-free and if the house sells, that will also help us financially as we will be able to take care of this debt that we have accrued during this past year. While we would love to just be able to settle somewhere for a little while, we also know that God knows what is best whether that be us living there for a while or for only a short time because both of those scenarios have their own sets of advantages and disadvantages. We would really appreciate your prayers regarding all of these dynamics!
